Client Agreement

1. Company Information

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Chronos Global Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") and you ("Client" or "you") for the provision of trading services.

2. Services Provided

We provide an online trading platform that offers access to Contracts for Difference (CFDs) and other derivative financial instruments on various underlying assets including forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.

3. Account Opening

To access our services, you must open an account by providing accurate and complete information as required. You agree to maintain and update this information as necessary.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading CFDs involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before engaging in any trading activity.

The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

5. Order Execution Policy

We execute client orders with due skill, care, and diligence. Orders may be executed at prices different from those quoted due to market volatility and the time taken to execute the order.

6. Fees and Charges

We charge fees and commissions for our services as detailed in our fee schedule, which is available on our website. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Clients may deposit funds into their trading accounts through various payment methods. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy and may be subject to verification procedures.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the courts of Saint Lucia.
